An exploration of attainable living through design, this prototype reimagines density as a catalyst for connection. Inspired by The Lark, compact walk-up homes are thoughtfully arranged around intimate green spaces, shared front yards that bring daily life outdoors. A network of pathways and pocket amenities serving clusters of five to seven homes creates a fine-grained, walkable fabric where every doorstep is moments from gathering, play, and pause.

Seamlessly woven into the larger Harvest master-planned community, the neighborhood extends the broader vision of connectivity and place, linking residents to amenities, open space, and the life of the community beyond. The result is a new housing model that pairs efficiency with experience: smaller footprints, richer community, and a more human-scaled way to live.
